MK Products acquires Tec Welding Products

MK Products Inc., an Irvine, Calif.-based, family-owned and -operated welding equipment manufacturer, has announced its acquisition of Tec Welding Products Inc., a manufacturer of TIG torches and accessories in San Marcos, Calif.

MK Products is the manufacturer of Cobra welding systems, which include MIG push-pull guns, wire feeders, power supplies, spool guns, turntables, orbital power supplies, and weld heads. Tec Welding Products offers brands including WeldTec, Speedway, i-Head, Rocker, Twister, Heliweld, and TEC.

The addition of Tec Welding Products’ TIG torches complements MK Products’ existing line of welding equipment, offering customers a broader selection of products and systems.
